WLJF collaborate with a well known national beauty artist, Fanny Serrano and local government of Kidapawan in starting and improving the livelihood of beauty technician in Kidapawan City. WLJF distributed a commercial grade hair blower/dryer to 100 beauty technician as start up of their livelihood business.
