Tuberculosis remain to be a communicable chronic disease that is common in a third world country and remain a challenge to our health workers. Compliance for the six months therapy remain to be a problem together with the availability of the anti- TB drugs, protein supplements and multivitamins. WLJF will be working close with the rural health workers with a goal of zero rebound case of tuberculosis. WLJF will provide the protein supplements such as eggs and powder milk to the patient, Multivitamins will also be added to the regimen. A chest x-rays after six months of treatment will be offered free of charges to make sure there is no progression of the disease.
