The ground breaking ceremony of the center was attended by local government officials, city health officers, School officials, active volunteers and other non governmental officers. The WLJF- PNJ center will house the administrative building, daycare for the elderly, shelter, medical- dental clinic, school, open air auditorium, non denominational church, sports complex, parks and housing project. The construction of concrete road followed by the administrative building will initiate right after the groundbreaking ceremony.
