Our second "Operation Tuli" was another successful event benefiting 400 patients receiving free circumcision and medication before the school opens next month. Thru the cooperation of the Kidapawan Mayor's Office, the Kidapawan City Health Office, Department of Health, local doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and the Dekada Ochenta batch 80 group the event was completed after two days without any untoward complications. Expect that the same event will again be offered next year to the localities for free.
