The second medical-dental mission was completed last July 16- 17, 2016 with 2,816 patients from the rural areas of Kidapawan was seen and received the free healthcare. Added this year was the optical department that provide free eye exam to almost 800 patients. Free reading glasses was given to the patients. Patients also received free minor laboratory tests. Free medications and follow ups that include referral to other doctors was also part of the program. All the patient that participated received free transportation, hot meals and snacks. About 250 volunteers participated including doctors, dentists, optometrists, nurses, pharmacists, medical technologists, health workers and family members in the 2 days event.
